current hostilities at the LOC are also resulting in loss of previous lives on both sides and there is always a fear of escalation among the nuclear armed neighbours.
There are various speculations are rife including removal of 35 A to change the demography of the state and its Muslim majority character. for the past three years there has been a great push towards it since when various PILs are filed in the Indian Supreme Court to challenge it . The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you're concerned about human rights, especially of women, in Kashmir, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the UK Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
