Support for legal representation for migrant US children facing deportation.

I want the UK Government to to hold talks with the US Government in relation to giving legal aid to migrant US children facing deportation.

Some children as young as 3 years old are having to face trial without a parent or guardian and with no legal support as the courts don’t have to provide it.
