Responsibilty/Governance Structure.
- Aims and objectives of ticketing process.
- Identification of risks/mitigations agreed.
- Specification to define "Client Requirements" for Ticket Sales Method and Operational Process.
- Tender Procurement Process & Evaluation that led to appointment of Private Ticketing Contractor.
