Change the no-deal BREXIT default position to leave without a deal to remain.
The default position of BREXIT on 31st Oct 2019 is to leave without a deal if the Withdrawal Bill cannot be passed through parliament. This petition is to pass legislation to change the default from leave to remain until a deal can be negotiated and the Withdrawl Bill can be passed.
