Make 'Fake News' articles appear as 'sponsored' posts
After watching 'The Great Hack' and learning how many 'Fake News' articles are paid for by organisations/political campaigns/governments, I believe it is only right that these funded campaigns are flagged just like adverts or sponsored 'influencer' posts are (i.e. as 'sponsored' or '#ad').
