Urge India to reestablish article 370 and remove their troops in J&K

Petition Details

India has removed Jammu and Kashmir's special status of article 370 which was part of the agreement during accession of J&K to India. The process of removal which the Indian government has taken is illegal and unconstitutional. It will lead to violence and great problems in Kashmir.

Additional Information

Article 370(1)(d) states that other provisions of the Constitution can be made applicable to J&K with such “modifications as the President may by order specify” however it requires that the President secure the concurrence of the J&K government before issuing such an order.
