Call to stop Human Rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir by Indian government

Petition Details

In 1947 ruler of Jammu & Kashmir state, Maharaja Hari singh misguided his nation and made some agreements with Indian government. The main article of the agreement was to keep autonomy of Jammu and Kashmir. The law both countries agreed upon was called Article 370.

Additional Information

PM of India Mr Modi dismissed the mutual agreed article 370 with out any consultation with people of Jammu and Kashmir. Indian government has deployed vast number of armed forces and implemented inhumane curfew on the people. This is suppressing the expression and publication of views of people. Previously in 2014 Amnesty International has passed and published the resolutions about Human Rights violations in Kashmir. We request UK Parliament to condemn Indian Government on Human Rights violations in Kashmir.
