Review of the smoking ban
Private business owners should be allowed the freedom to choose whether or not to allow smoking on their premises.
If there is a sufficient demand for non-smoking premises, then these businesses will flourish, likewise if there is sufficient demand for smoking premises, they too will prosper.
Clear, external signage should be sufficient to prevent anyone who particularly objects from being inadvertently exposed to the smell of smoke.
