Petition Action

Enforce the law to stop 'fake' Muslims begging on the streets

Petition Details

Criminals dress up to appear to be Muslims carrying out illegal practices, making a mockery daily. We want the law to be applied on professional beggars 'faking' to be Muslims

True Muslims are taught to give in charity. Where there is genuine hardship, we must help the truly needy

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Enforcing the law is the responsibility of the police, not the UK Government or Parliament. If you believe that you have evidence that a crime has been committed, you could report it to the police.
