Save Something for the Weekend from BBC Sheduling
I want the government to maintain the funding for the BBC 2 Sunday morning program, Something for the Weekend, saving it from being cancelled from scheduling. It is viewed by nearly a million people each week and will be replaced by repeats.
When the BBC waste so much money, moving to new premises in Manchester, making training videos that resemble The Office, sending its top news anchors all over the world to cover stories that add no value to the story, reports of waste of 80 million pounds a year through poor management etc etc, I think they ought to look at savings here rather than cutting perfectly decent shows.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
This is a matter for the BBC.
