recall Parliament immediately to hold the Executive to account on Brexit.
October 31 is very close. The government is pressing ahead during the recess with its own iconoclastic and controversial approach to Brexit. Parliament is absent. Parliament has a duty to get involved, require government to explain itself and debate the merits of the government's approach.
