Allow rivers and burns to be cleaned out.
SEPA are a company that stop burns and river being cleaned out without them profiting from it.
SEPA are a company with to much power, the government should overrule SEPA’s power and slow burns and rivers to be cleaned out, removing silt and sediment from the beds and placing it at the banks to make the burn/river hold a larger capacity. They were once allowed to be cleaned out and there was never as much flooding, with more rain falling now it’s needed.
