Make ECB scrap The Hundred and instead engage with fans to grow domestic cricket
The ECB has shown scant regard to supporters views. The one-eyed approach has led to existing cricket lovers feeling disenfranchised. This could do huge damage to cricket, which is owned by everyone, not just a few men at the ECB trying to make reputations.
For the existing supporter The Hundred and strange format is not cricket. For 'new supporters' who currently don't go to cricket, it is still seen as cricket. Vast sums are being spent by the ECB on a competition only a small proportion of cricket lovers want.
