To make school uniform more variable and less expensive.
I would like to change school procedure when it comes to the restrictions of school uniform.
My son and my friends children during the heat have to still wear shirt, jumper, tie and blazer they're not allowed to remove this in any temperature.
I believe it should be against the law for them to be made to wear such uniform. I believe all schools should have a summer uniform in which they can swap and change through the year to keep them cool and helps them to concentrate.
This year we have struggled immensely with the cost of buying 3 school uniforms which are outrageously expensive I believe this needs to be capped for school branded items

The price of school uniform is the responsibility of the provider and not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition asking the Government to set a maximum price for school uniform, if that's something you'd like to see happen.
