if you choose to drive a vehicle without checking you have valid insurance and cause someone else’s death then this should be viewed equal to manslaughter

Additional Information

If you cause someone to loose their life whilst your driving a vehicle without a valid licence, valid insurance etc then you should receive w custodial prison sentence in line with manslaughter.
Road death victims are treated like second class by society
And the justice system is appalling
