People remain under lockdown. Mobiles, landlines, and the internet are shut down. Main mosques remained closed during Eid.
Families are unable to contact loved ones, and there is a lack of medical services. People are struggling to access food and medicine under the 24-hour curfew. Security forces used tear gas and shot pellets against mass protestors. There are reports of numerous arrests, including activists.
