British Govt has duty of care to nearly one million British Kashmiris in the UK.
This petition demands British Govt as a permanent member of the UNSC to fulfill its duty of care to British Kashmiris by inserting its effective role paving way for referendum in all parts of Jammu Kashmir State under below 3 options.
1- Independence
2-Accession to Pakistan
3-Accession to India
British Government has duty of care to British Kashmiris who have roots in both parts of Jammu Kashmir (JK) State. We British Kashmiris are extremely unhappy over British Govt 's silence and inadequate response in regards to recent human rights violations in JK State. Our families are under curfew, lockdown ,seige and under fear of nuclear war. We demand British Govt's active and honest role as permanent member of UNSC to represent our case and pave a way for referendum under UN auspices in JK.
