Can the drink drive and drug drive limit be set at zero
A set legal limit does not encourage people to abstain from getting behind the wheel whilst intoxicated whereas a zero limit will. It is becoming more prevalent that there are many who risk the lives of other road users and themselves by drink driving and/ or drug driving.
