Keep NHS care free for all EU nationals, regardless of status, after Brexit
Once Brexit has happened, all EU nationals seeking NHS care will have to prove they have settled status in the UK to avoid having to pay for care. This is discriminatory, very difficult and expensive to administer, and will likely attract "tit for tat" charging of UK nationals living in the EU.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. It's not currently the case that NHS care is free for all EU nationals, so we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
People who are "ordinarily resident" can get free NHS treatment. The Government has said this will continue for EU nationals after Brexit, regardless of whether or not the person has applied for Settled Status.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you'd like the UK Government or Parliament to do.
