AN URGENT REQUEST PARLIAMENT TO DISCUSS HUMANITARIAN CRISIS IN JAMMU AND KASHMIR
We request the UK Government to convene an Emergency debate in the House Of Commons before a catastrophic situation unfolds due to the longest curfew imposed by the Government of India in Jammu and Kashmir.
We further request the UK Government to intervene to take urgent measures in lifting the curfew in Jammu and Kashmir, so that food, medical and daily life is restored in the Valley.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The UK Government or Parliament are not responsible for measures to lift the curfew in Jammu and Kashmir.
There are already petitions about the situation in Kashmir, which you might like to sign if they call for things you want to happen. You're more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
