Stop companies discriminating against multi coloured hair.
As tattoos have become more accepting in the work place, I think so should your hair colour.
For many people, this is not a “fashion statement” - this is self expression; an identity.
It shouldn’t matter how you look but how hard you work, how good and polite you are to others too!
I’m starting this petition to end this policy in all contracts as how you look should not be based on your performance at work, as long as you are not offending anyone around you.
