Make it compulsory for all new housing estates to have an AED (defibrillator)

Petition Details

New housing estates are being built everywhere, communities are growing.
The chances of surviving a cardiac arrest outside of hospital are very small and emergency help often takes longer than the targeted time to arrive.
Having an AED available can increase the patients chances of survival.
