Require high chairs used in public places to have 5 point harness

Petition Details

High chairs used in places like restaurants usually only have a lap belt and no tray to help ensure the child is safe in the chair. Without a 5 point harness it is very easy for a baby to wriggle about and there is a huge potential for injury.
