Make it compulsory for ID to be used when starting a social media account

Petition Details

Uploading ID and proof of address when creating a new social media account in order to identify a person and to cut down on fake accounts and trolling. If we can identify who is behind a social media account maybe there wouldn’t be as much trolling.

This is after Harry Maguire's comments regarding Paul Pogba's online racial abuse
