Allow registration of miscarriage and still births before 24 weeks

Petition Details

As a mother and having gone through a miscarriage at 19 weeks, and yet the law states that cause the baby died before 24 weeks we cannot register the birth let alone the death, and I know for many it's heart breaking when in fact at 13 weeks gestation it's a living human and this should change.

Additional Information

The law should change this from 24 weeks to 13 weeks during this time it's a living human being and should be acknowledged and parents should be able to register the birth and death, when they have suffered a lost before the 24 weeks stage of pregnancy and the government should change this, cause even thou from 13 weeks pregnant it's a living human being with a beating heart, even though death in utero or still birth from 13 weeks should be allowed to register the loss of their child.
