Petition Details

Fine parents who refuse to have regular contact with their children.
Parents who are capable and able who choose not see their children regularly subject them to feelings of abandonment.

Additional Information

More action and strict policies should be in place to enforce regular contact. Where possible, children need their both parents.
Money from fines should go towards social care and prison institutions that support these abandoned children.
