Make it a statutory duty for councils to have local plans to tackle hate crime.

Petition Details

We believe it should be a statutory duty for councils to prepare local hate crime action plans in partnership with the police, key partners and communities affected by hate crime to tackle hate crime in their areas. Sadly too many councils think tackling hate crime is no longer part of their remit.
