Define non-smoking areas in London and a fining system to fund the NHS.
It's becoming increasingly difficult to breathe in London due to bad air quality and pollution. Smoking in public can aggravate the health of non smokers, young children, elderly people. A fining system could help fund the NHS especially for health issues linked to smoking.
