Legalise all recreational use drugs.
The war on drugs failed it's time for the modern goverment to realise that, the money saved by police work and gained by being able to tax the drugs helping the economy, and we will be taking innocent addicts out of jail, giving them help, safe environments, and cleaner drugs, Lets help our nation
