Proroguing the UK parliament is an act against representative democracy.
The stated intention of Boris Johnson to prorogue parliament to force through brexit is contrary to the operation of a representative democracy and should not be allowed. Parliament must be allowed to scrutinize and vote on the details of any brexit agreement.
