Support the economy by sponsering a number of Arkwright Trust scholarships within the government.
The Arkwright Trust is a charity which aims to develop engineers. The government could place a number of Scholarships in government departments such as the MOD, Department of Environment and Department of Energy. Even if they do not work for the government they may become experts in these fields and and go on to become engineers in these fields.
