Agree prorogue of Parliament for UK's withdrawal from the EU on 31 October, 2019
Parliament to be prorogued or dissolved to enable the UK's withdrawal from the EU either with a deal or No-Deal by 31 October, 2019. Parliament has had three years to debate and withdraw from the EU. It is now time for the UK to leave the EU.
