Parliamentary sovereignty over the PM to be respected by the monarch.
The PM must not seek to involve Her Majesty the Queen in overriding the sovereignty of parliament in the Parliamentary democracy of the UK
By constitutional convention, Parliament is sovereign in the United Kingdom government. When this is undermined by the overreaching actions of the executive, and the Monarch is invoked as an agent of undemocratic actions such as proroguing parliament to stifle democratic parliamentary debate, the Monarch should prefer the advice of parliament, when so instructed by the majority of parliament.
