Ban smoking while driving

Additional Information

If you are caught eating or drinking while driving you can earn penalty points and a fine, while are people allowed to still smoke while drinking, which is surely more of a distraction, especially while lighting up or if you drop the lit item. Ban smoking while driving or earn the same punish as those caught eating or drinking.
