NURSES TRAINING SHOULD INCLUDE THE LAST YEAR ON THE WARDS

Additional Information

I would like to see the last year of a degree being 90% of time spent on the wards, caring for patients in order to learn what is needed in a compassionate vocation. A secondary benefit is we gain those extra hands in every day work environment. Win , Win.
