In 2016,the referendum on Brexit,UK passport holders in the EU were denied the right to vote.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.

We understand that you're concerned about voting rights for UK citizens living in the EU, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We're not sure whether you're concerned about voting in any future EU referendum or voting more broadly.
