Make Dog Prong Collars Illegal
The dog prong collar is listed as 'training devices'
These products actually cause horrific damage to a dogs neck tearing the skin and flesh and causing terrible injurys to dogs.
These should be banned as an inhumane product.
The product looks like barbed wire. It is put around a dogs neck as a collar and used to stop a dog pulling on a lead.
This is an inhumane and barbaric device that should never be used on any living thing
