Block indefinitely a second Scotland only Independence Referendum
The Scottish Government has failed to steward it's devolved economy with any competence. With the highest budget deficit of 7% in the European area pressing for independence would be the worst act of negligence since Gordon Brown sold the UK Gold Reserves. Scotland would then be bankrupt
