Replace the Speaker of the House
The current Speaker of the House has shown that he can no longer remain non partisan on the subject of Brexit by expressing personal views which is contrary to the requirements of the role of Speaker and should therefore be replaced.
Speakers remain strictly non- partisan and renounce all affiliations with their former political parties when taking office and afterwards. ( Wikipedia refers)

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept petitions about appointments, which includes calling for people to be sacked or to resign.
In any case, the resignation of the Speaker is a personal decision for the Speaker, and is therefore not the responsibility of the Government or Parliament.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or Parliament, you could start a petition about that.
