Mark the future date the UK leaves the EU - UK Independence Day and make it a BH
The date the UK leaves the EU, 31st October 2019 or later should be celebrated as UK Independence Day and the date made a bank holiday.
The United States had a democratic vote to leave the UK and they celebrate Independence Day. The UK also had a democratic vote and it was to leave the EU so we should respect and honour the democratic decision the country as a whole made and mark the date in the same interest and weight Brexit has taken on the public interest over the last few years.
