Include IBD in the list of conditions valid for receiving a blue badge.
Crohn's and Colitis (IBD) effects over 300,000 people within the UK. IBD is incurable and lifelong. Just 10 seconds may not seem like a lot of time for most people; but for those with IBD those 10 seconds can be the difference to spare having a highly embarrassing accident.
