Have a Bi-Election when an MP resigns from their party and joins another party

Petition Details

An MP it voted into parliament by their constituency due to the party that they represent. Therefore, when they defect to another political party, why shouldn't the constituency they represent get the option to agree with the defection or replace them with a different candidate
