Trigger a by-election if a MP defects from the party they were voted in with.
Majority of people vote in their local MPs by voting for the party whose manifesto they agree with. As another MP defects from the party they were voted in for, it is time for by-elections to become mandatory when MPs defect from the party they stood for when voted in.
