Scrap the Severn bridge toll charge

The Severn bridge toll is the highest priced toll in the U.K. I believe the high cost of this toll is damaging to new business coming to Wales as well as tourism. My e
petition is for the toll charge to be scrapped. Or at least make it free for the local populace in Bristol and surrounding area
