Petition Action

Bring net immigration into the UK below 50,000 per year

Petition Details

Immigration into this country is currently far to high in terms of numbers.
We believe this causes economic problems and particularly cultural problems. This is especially due to the policy of multiculturalism, which we propose should be replaced with a policy of cultural assimilation.

Additional Information

Migration Watch UK is a good thinktank that focuses on this problem.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you mean by a policy of cultural assimilation

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
