Resigning from a Party requires an immediate re-election for the contituancy.
Lately, I have seen people resigning from their party and setting up a new Party or joining a current Party. Not right. I vote for a Party rather than the person representing that Party, if you resign, why do I have to follow you, I voted for the Party!
