The British people voted to leave the EU with or with out a deal the current prime Minister Boris Johnson can’t do that with the rest of the Parliament stopping it for their own selfish interests thus Parliament has failed us MPs work for the people and they are not doing that.

The Queen has to take control of Parliament dissolving it and forcing Brexit to happen then after brexit has happened the Queen needs to call a general election

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. Dissolution is no longer a Royal Prerogative power, it's a statutory provision under the Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011. You can find out more here:

researchbriefings.files.parliament.uk/documents/SN03861/SN03861.pdf

There are already petitions about leaving the EU in October 2019 which you might like to sign:

petition.parliament.uk/petitions/257347

You're more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
