Legislate - MP must vote according to the majority of their constituents.
Too many MPs in Parliament are voting against the will of electorate. MPs think they know better. It is not for them to judge whether they know better or not but to carry out the will of their constituents.

How an MP votes would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
