Ban the use of social media by MPs while conducting business in the Chamber.

Such usage constitutes an abuse of the reason MPs are elected; we did not elect them to conduct parliamentary affairs via social media. If they wish to do this, it must not be carried out whilst in chamber and not be at our expense.
