Shop prices will have to triple to be comparable to the on-trade sector, and besides its to be expected that you would pay a premium to have someone pour, serve and clean up after you when you have that drink.

With reference to this article we believe that it is an establishments own task to encourage their own customer base by creating an appealing environment and a desirable product, and actively engaging with their marketing.

Government policies can support the industry in this by directly reducing cost of sales at the point of sale, allowing the sector freedom to offer lower pricesas they see fit.
